Can I pay using PayPal? 

We gladly accept PayPal. If you're not already a PayPal member, signing up is easy! Once you have joined PayPal, you can send your payment by entering our e-mail address in the "Recipient's E-Mail" field on the "Send Money" tab of PayPal. Please make sure you supply us with all the information we'll need to properly ship your item! Payment must be confirmed.

Can I pay by Credit Card?
Yes!

If I pay with PayPal -- will you ship to an unconfirmed address? 
Sorry, we will not ship to unconfirmed addresses as a general rule. Please contact us for further details. If you have any questions about how to confirm your address, please visit PayPal's help center.

Do you ship international?
Please contact us at 1-866-346-2018 for international shipping information.

Do you offer combined shipping?
At this time we cannot ship items together. If you wish to buy multiple items we would still be happy to offer you a discount, please contact us. 

What happens after I have paid for my item? 
Orders are normally processed each day Monday thru Friday. Usually, if your payment is received after 1:00 P.M., on a weekend, or holiday, it is processed on the next business day. If there's ever a problem with an order, we'll contact you ASAP.

What shipping methods do you have available? 
We ship most of our items via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. In special cases an item must be shipped LTL, if that is the case we will make sure you are properly notified and that you have all the information to receive the item without issue.

When can I expect my order to arrive? 
After your order has been processed and shipped, it usually takes 2-8 business days to deliver. If you need your item faster (or even overnight!), expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Please feel free to contact us for express shipping quotes.

How much are the shipping fees? 
The shipping fees for all of our products are clearly stated on the checkout page. The fees cover FedEx, UPS, or USPS standard shipping.

Do you allow local pickup at your location? 
No, we do not offer local pickup at this time.

What do I do if my package was lost or damaged? 
If a package arrives damaged, please contact us and hold onto the merchandise and all packing materials until advised otherwise by the shipment company. If your shipment does not arrive when anticipated, you can contact us for further details.
